PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - Pipe Leak Repair Bandage
Pipe Leak Repair Bandage is based upon a woven synthetic cloth impregnated with moisture curing Urethane Epoxy and is furnished in moisture proof aluminum foil pouch ready for immediate application to the leaking pipe work.
Pipe Leak Repair Bandage is ready for service in 30 minutes@25°C. It exhibits excellent broad ranging resistance to acids, alkalis, mineral oils and alcohols. The product can be successfully applied by relatively unskilled labor and will cure even when fully immersed in water.
PRODUCT USES
Pipeline: Leak repair of Oil, Gas, Acid, Alkali and Water Pipe work.
Other: Transition Zone (soil line) overwrap for Petrolatum Tape.
This product is designed and covers Standard ASME PCC-2 Type B (%100 wall loss with leak)
It can be applied on spiral, T-Shape, Y-Shape and bending all different type of pipe lines.
No need for specified surface preparation and simple cup brush is convenient for no leakage condition.
Easy solution for protecting weld line against pin hole leak.
Each pack comprises of: Outer Vinyl Pouch containing application instructions, gloves and an inner Aluminum foil pack containing the uncured Pipe Bandage and epoxy putty.
